Terms of Service

By creating an account or using globalpropertymart.com or the Global Property Mart Android app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in India to use Global Property Mart.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are provided in the roles buyer, seller, broker, advocate, loan agent, architect, interior designer, civil contractor or admin. Misrepresentation of role or credentials may result in account suspension.

You warrant that any property you list is genuine, that you have the right to list it, and that the information (price, area, photos, ownership status) is accurate. We may remove listings that appear fraudulent, misleading or violate law (RERA, IT Act 2000).

The FREE plan allows one active property listing per user. Paid plans (Silver / Gold / Platinum) unlock unlimited listings, featured placement, verified badge and priority support. Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay and renew only if you re-purchase. All amounts are in INR and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated except where required by consumer law. To request a refund contact globalpropertymart95@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with a valid reason.

The chat and community-room features are provided for legitimate real-estate communication only. Spam, abusive content, discrimination, price-fixing collusion or sharing of unsolicited advertising will result in removal and account suspension.

Bids placed on the auction platform are binding. Failure to complete a winning bid may result in forfeiture of any deposit, permanent ban and legal action.

All logos, text, design and code are © Global Property Mart. Property photos remain owned by the seller who uploaded them; by uploading them the seller grants us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display them on the platform.

Global Property Mart is a listing and communication platform. We do not own the properties listed, do not guarantee the accuracy of listings and are not a party to the sale or lease between users. Buyers should conduct their own legal, title and due-diligence checks. Loan approvals, legal opinions and construction services are provided by third-party professionals whom we introduce but do not employ.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Global Property Mart is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
